Special Education

Special education majors may seek pre-K-12 licensure in Modified or Comprehensive Special Education or Hearing Impaired. Teaching special needs students requires an interdisciplinary approach; thus, course work provides the knowledge and skills necessary to help those students and to work collaboratively with their parents and with other agencies and professionals.
