Favorite thing about Jackson: There is such a diversity of things to do: sports, ranging from AA baseball to the NAIA national women's basketball tournament, a good representation of national restaurants and stores sprinkled with unique local spots and cultural events from the theatre to the symphony.

Favorite Jackson pastime: Golf has always been one of my passions. I guess it's because you never quite get it right. Unlike bowling or baseball, there is no perfect game.

I adore hanging out: on my patio. It is where my friends gather to enjoy good food, fellowship and music.

Born and raised in: Jackson, Tenn., except for a few years in Arkansas; most of my life has been spent here.

One tip for your Lambuth application process: Start early. There is plenty of stress and decisions you have to make your senior year. Eliminate the ones you can control and enjoy your senior year.
