Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Lambuth University seeks applications for the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO).
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and accomplish the mission statement of the university. Masters required, PhD is preferred; comparable credentials and/or experience will be considered. Candidates must demonstrate a successful background in leadership and management responsibility for the oversight and coordination of the University operations.

- Leadership and Management - Ability to influence/inspire others to do their jobs effectively and to be responsible for making their own decisions.
Job Description:
- Works collaboratively with the President and Vice-Presidents to oversee day-to-day operations consistent with the Lambuth mission, and to accomplish the long and short term goals of the university;
- Provides leadership for the development and implementation of goals, objectives and procedures as necessary;
- Serves on standing and ad-hoc committees to provide guidance and
- leadership as they relate to general business operations.
Compensation and Benefits: Salary is DOE. Benefits include medical insurance with prescription drug benefit, paid holidays, sick and vacation leave, life insurance, and retirement plan. Employees are eligible for tuition benefit after one year of employment.
