What exactly is a Discipleship/Accountability Group?
It is a group of 4-5 girls or guys who are truly committed to following Christ. Groups meet on a weekly basis to discuss in confidentiality the struggles and strife that they meet in their daily walk with God. On the outset, a covenant is signed to hold accountable the actions of the group and individual. With this also comes a network of daily prayer from those who sincerely care and long to see themselves and members of their group become a man or woman after God's own heart.
Who leads the group?
Lambuth student and faculty volunteers are responsible for leading the weekly meetings. These "leaders" are not the teachers of the group, but merely the facilitators. Each group is unique in it's own agenda and makeup.
