The Amy And Andy Eickhoff Lambuth Loyalty Scholarship Fund

Amy And Andy Eickhoff -- Lives Of Service To Others

In the best tradition of Lambuth graduates, Andy Eickhoff, Jr. ‘74 and Amy Tacker Eickhoff ‘74 have each devoted their careers in service to others. Andy is the owner of EAP of Tennessee, LLC, specializing in providing contractual employee assistance programs for companies, their employees, and their families. He has served on the boards of local organizations and agencies, national professional associations, and as an elected volunteer officer with Kappa Alpha Order. Amy recently retired from teaching, after enriching the lives of countless kindergarten students through education, mentorship, and nurturing. Both are long-time members of First United Methodist Church in Jackson She is a member of the Sanctuary choir and the select singing group, Jubilate, for many years. Both exemplify the core values of Lambuth -- to use one’s education and life in meaningful careers, leadership, global citizenship, and service to God and humanity.

Strong Supporters Of Lambuth

Andy and Amy are among Lambuth’s most stalwart supporters -- giving of their time and resources to further the goals of the University. He served as President of the Lambuth Alumni Association and is a past member of the Lambuth Board of Trustees. His special memories of Lambuth include the closeness of numerous friendships and bonds that began at Lambuth and have become even closer and where he met his lifelong partner, Amy. He also treasures the memories of Fall Rush and the fraternity experience and brotherhood as a Kappa Alpha.

Help Perpetuate Their Commitment To Service Through Funding The Amy And Andy Eickhoff Lambuth Loyalty Scholarship

In recognition of the devoted service that Amy and Andy have given to Lambuth, a scholarship is being established in their names. The scholarship will be awarded annually to both a male and female student who personify the qualities of loyalty to Lambuth and enthusiastic participation in the extracurricular life of the University. Service to the development of Greek life at Lambuth will be an important criterion in the selection of Eickhoff Scholars.

The University encourages those interested in supporting the Eickhoff Scholarship Fund to make a donation to the University through the Office of Development and University Relations. The donations are tax deductible and will be used to offset the costs of the University Scholarship Program. Donations will be applied to the Foundation for the Future Capital Campaign.
