MarketingLambuth’s marketing concentration also combines both theory and practice. First, students are exposed to the latest marketing theories, and then they put these theories into practice through class projects, internships, industry analyses, advertising campaigns, sales presentations and research projects. Faculty in these classes use case studies, team projects, job shadowing, and computer simulations to give students experience in applying marketing theories. Each semester, internship opportunities are available with local businesses. Some job possibilities for marketing majors are market research analyst, advertising manager, stock broker, media director, sales representative, public relations director or retail buyer or owner.
